About Nancy Worcester
Nancy Burks Worcester is a much sought-after ventriloquist and public speaker, having performed in nearly every state, as well as Mexico and Newfoundland. She has delighted audiences at storytelling festivals across the Southwest, and thousands of churches, schools, and libraries from coast to coast.
A talented writer, musician, and actress, Nancy was the co-star and co-writer of “The Nana Puddin Show” which aired on Family Net in the early 2000s, and is still in syndication. She has written and starred in one-woman shows, and has emceed events for United Way, Cooks Childrens’ Hospital and the Texas State Conference of Good Sam RV’ers, along with many others. 2018 saw the addition of “The Great Christmas Cookie Caper“, a local show produced in Granbury, Texas which raises funds for local charities.
Active in her church and community, Nancy was awarded the “Woman of the Year” award in 2007 by the Christian Women’s Job Corp. She resides in Granbury, Texas with her firefighter husband, Terry.
